About Adon Media

Digital work is better when strategy, design and growth sit at the same table.

Established in 2017, Adon Media works with businesses locally and internationally to build, improve and grow digital experiences.

Our story.

We began where most digital agencies begin: building websites for businesses that needed them to work harder. What changed over time was not the craft but the scope of the question clients were asking.

2017

The year Adon Media started. Since then the work has grown from websites into the whole chain around them — commerce, marketing, search and long-term management.

A client would launch a good website and then ask who was going to bring people to it. Or they would arrive with a campaign that was performing badly and discover the problem was the page the campaign pointed at. Or they would have both working and no one responsible for keeping any of it current six months later.

Each of those questions pulled the work one step further along the chain. Today that chain runs from strategy through design, development, commerce, search, marketing and conversion into ongoing management, and the reason it works is that it is one team, not a chain of suppliers.

One team across the complete digital journey.

Not five departments with a shared invoice. The people who plan the experience are the people who build it and the people who improve it.

Strategy

What the business needs the digital work to achieve, agreed before anything is designed.

Design

UX and UI that make the answer obvious rather than merely attractive.

Development

Building it properly — performance, structure, accessibility and maintainability.

Growth

Search and paid media that bring the right people to it.

Management

Keeping it improving after the launch, for as long as it is useful to.

Local understanding. International standards.

We work with businesses in our own market and with companies abroad, and we hold both to the same standard.

How international work actually runs

Distance is not the difficulty. Clarity is. Projects that run well across time zones do so because the communication is structured — clear stages, visible progress, written decisions and no ambiguity about who is waiting on whom.

We would rather over-communicate than have a client wonder what is happening with their project.

  • Structured communication. Clear stages and written decisions, not status anxiety.
  • Multilingual capability. English, French and Hebrew, including true right-to-left.
  • Remote collaboration. Built into how we work, not bolted on for overseas clients.
  • One standard. The same quality bar regardless of where the client is.

What we hold to.

Five things we would rather be judged on than a list of adjectives.

Clarity

Plain answers about scope, cost, timing and risk, including the parts that are inconvenient for us. A client who is surprised later was not told enough earlier.

Accountability

One team owns the outcome. When something underperforms, the people responsible for it are in the room rather than pointing at another supplier.

Craft

The details nobody asks for are the ones that separate a site that functions from one that feels considered. We do them anyway.

Performance

Design that does not convert is decoration. We measure the work against what the business needed it to do.

Long-term thinking

We build things meant to be maintained and extended. The easy shortcut that costs you a rebuild in two years is not a saving.

Why clients work with us.

The short version

Because the alternative is managing three suppliers who each own part of the outcome and none of the result.

We are not the right fit for everyone. If you need a single deliverable from a specialist and nothing else, a specialist will serve you better. Where we earn our place is when the work spans disciplines and somebody needs to own the whole thing.

  • One connected team across strategy, design, build and growth.
  • Strategy before execution, so the work is aimed at something specific.
  • Design and technology together, with no handoff to lose things in.
  • Growth thinking applied from the first strategy conversation.
  • Ongoing partnership for clients who want the work to keep going.
  • Local and international experience, in three languages.
