Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Introduction

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

It covers this website only. It does not cover the separate agreements under which we deliver client projects, or any third-party website you reach from a link here.

Who is responsible for your information

The organisation responsible for the information described in this policy is Adon Media LTD, established 2017.

• Privacy contact: [email protected]

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you actively give us, and what is recorded automatically when you use the site.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter into it.

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name, phone number and website address, where you provide them
• Your country or region, where you provide it
• The service you are enquiring about and any budget range you select
• The description of your project that you write
• Your preferred language for our reply

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records basic technical information about requests to this site — pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source — as part of delivering and securing it.

We use no analytics or visitor-tracking service on this website.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it
• Prepare a proposal or scope of work where relevant
• Maintain a record of business correspondence
• Understand how the website is used, so we can improve it
• Meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations that apply to us

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis for processing (including the General Data Protection Regulation for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we rely on the following.

• Steps prior to entering a contract. Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal at your request.
• Legitimate interests. Operating, securing and improving our website, and keeping records of business correspondence, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation. Retention required by accounting, tax or other applicable law.
• Consent. Where we ask for it explicitly, for example for non-essential analytics or marketing cookies where such consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This website uses them only where they are necessary for it to function.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.

We set no analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies. Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies, they are not set before that consent is given.

Advertising technologies

We provide digital advertising services to clients. On this website, advertising or remarketing technologies are only used where they are actually installed and, where required, consented to. Where they are in use, they may record that you visited this site so that our advertising can be shown to you elsewhere.

No advertising or remarketing technology is installed on this website.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate this website and our business, including website hosting, email, analytics and, where relevant, advertising platforms. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions.

We share your information with them only to the extent needed to deliver the service in question.

International transfers

We work with clients internationally, and some of our service providers operate outside your country. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to an appropriate standard, using the safeguards available under applicable law.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to it and to maintain a reasonable record of business communication, and longer where accounting, tax or other legal obligations require it.

Where information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or reduce it to a form that no longer identifies you.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. See your rights below.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

No website or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials or payment details through the contact form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal information.

• Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Correction. Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
• Restriction. Ask us to limit how we use your information in certain circumstances.
• Objection. Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.
• Portability. Ask for a copy of information you provided, in a commonly used format.
• Withdraw consent. Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.
• Complain. Raise a concern with the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

This website links to other websites, including those of clients and partners. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any website we do not operate. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our technology or the law. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
