Website Management

Launch is only the beginning.

We manage, support and continuously improve business websites after launch, from day-to-day updates to development, performance, SEO and conversion improvements.

Most websites decline quietly, because nobody owns them.

Not through a dramatic failure — through a year of small neglect.

Content goes out of date. A form breaks and nobody notices for a month. Performance drifts as images pile up. A technical issue appears in search results and sits there. New pages get added in whatever style the last person had time for, and the design system slowly stops being a system.

None of it is anyone's fault. It happens because after launch the website stops being a project with a deadline and becomes a responsibility with no name attached. Management work is simply putting a name on it.

A managed site runs on a loop.

Not a queue of tickets, a repeating cycle where what we measure decides what we change next.

Monitor

Performance, uptime signals, search visibility, forms and tracking — watched rather than assumed.

Analyse

What the data says people are doing, and where they are giving up.

Improve

Fixes, refinements, content, new pages and development work — prioritised by impact.

Publish

Changes go live properly: tested, consistent with the design system, and documented.

Measure

Did the change do what it was supposed to do? If not, that is information too.

And back to monitoring — continuously

What we do not claim.

We do not offer a security guarantee, an uptime SLA or a guaranteed response time on this page, because those are contractual commitments that belong in an agreement rather than in marketing copy. If you need specific guarantees, tell us — we will discuss what is genuinely possible for your setup and put it in writing.

How working together actually looks.

We keep this flexible on purpose. Fixed packages tend to fit the agency better than the client.

Shapes this usually takes

Some clients want a predictable monthly arrangement with an agreed scope of work. Others prefer to send project-based requests as they come up. Several run a continuous improvement roadmap with us where the priorities are reviewed every month.

All three are legitimate. What matters is that someone owns the site and that the work is visible to you.

  • Monthly management. An agreed scope of ongoing work each month.
  • Project-based updates. Defined pieces of work, quoted as they arise.
  • Development requests. An ongoing queue for teams who need regular build capacity.
  • Continuous optimisation. A rolling roadmap driven by analytics and search data.

Questions we get asked.

Can you manage a site you did not build?

Yes, and we often do. We start with a review of the platform, the code and the current state, and tell you honestly what is straightforward to maintain and what will fight us.

What kind of updates can you make?

Content changes, new pages and landing pages, design refinements, development work, integrations, performance improvements and SEO fixes. If something falls outside what your platform allows, we will say so rather than quietly work around it.

Do you provide ongoing development?

Yes. For several clients the management engagement is mostly development, a rolling queue of feature and improvement work.

Can you manage SEO as part of this?

Yes. Ongoing SEO fits naturally into management because it depends on regular, repeated attention. See SEO.

Can you build new landing pages?

Yes, and this is a common request alongside campaigns. Because the pages are built in the site's existing design system, they stay consistent instead of accumulating as one-offs.

How does monthly management work?

We agree a scope of ongoing work, review priorities regularly, and keep the work visible so you always know what has been done and what is next. The specifics are set per client rather than sold as a fixed tier.
