The brief

People arrive at a regulated process unsure whether they even qualify.

When someone looks into a licensing process governed by eligibility conditions, documentation and defined stages, their first question is rarely about the service provider. It is whether the process applies to them at all, and whether it is going to be difficult.

A site that opens by describing the firm leaves that question hanging. A site that opens with a wall of regulation is worse. The design problem is to make the path look walkable without pretending the requirements are not real.

Approach

Answer "can I?" before "who are you?".

01

Eligibility as the opening move

The primary call to action is an eligibility check rather than "contact us". It matches the question the visitor actually arrived with, and it gives them a reason to engage before they have decided anything.

02

The form in the first screen

A short enquiry form — name, phone, email — sits in the hero rather than at the end of a long page. For a visitor who is ready, there is nothing to scroll past; for everyone else the explanation follows underneath.

03

Show the process as stages

The procedure is presented as defined steps rather than prose. Breaking a bureaucratic process into visible stages is what makes it feel finite, which is most of the reassurance the page needs to provide.

04

Restraint as a trust signal

Navy, clean type and generous spacing. For a regulated subject, a calm and orderly interface does more for credibility than emphasis would.

The experience

Composed, procedural, and quietly authoritative.

A navy and warm-metal palette with a deliberately plain layout, built so the eligibility question and the enquiry form are the first two things a visitor meets.

Where it stands

Live, with one job to do.

The site is live at maran.co.il, built on Wix.

It exists to turn an uncertain visitor into a qualified conversation. We make no claims about outcomes of the licensing process itself, which is not ours to describe, and we publish no client figures.
